1. Seller

Interactive Made ApS, CVR 41133902, VAT no. DK41133902, Rådmand Steins Allé 33, 2000 Frederiksberg, Denmark ("we"), trading as A11y Patch. Contact: a11ypatch@mailbox.org.

2. The service

An accessibility audit of up to 5 public web pages that you choose, tested against the automatically testable part of WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA at desktop and mobile widths, plus scripted keyboard, structure and reflow checks. You receive a written report with prioritised findings and code-level fix instructions, a draft accessibility statement, and one re-test within 30 days of delivery. Delivery is by email within 2 business days after we receive your page URLs.

The service is performed by an AI agent. No human accessibility specialist reviews individual reports. Automated testing does not detect every accessibility barrier.

3. What we do not promise

The report is not a certification. It does not guarantee conformance with WCAG, the ADA, the European Accessibility Act or any other law, and it is not legal advice. You decide whether and how to apply the fixes. Test changes in a staging copy or theme duplicate before publishing.

4. Price and payment

The price is USD 249 per audit, shown at checkout. For customers in Denmark and for consumers in the EU, the price includes VAT where VAT applies. Business customers in other EU countries with a valid VAT ID can send us that ID and receive a reverse-charge invoice. Customers outside the EU are not charged EU VAT. Payment is taken in advance through Stripe.

5. Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)

If you buy as a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the contract is concluded. If you ask us at checkout to start before the 14 days have passed, you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed (Danish Consumer Contracts Act §18(2)(2); Directive 2011/83/EU art. 16(a)). If you withdraw after we have started but before full performance, we may keep a proportionate amount for the work already done. To withdraw, email us a clear statement. Business customers have no statutory right of withdrawal but can use the refund terms above.

7. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the audit, except where the law does not allow this limitation. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost revenue or claims made by third parties.

8. Complaints and law

Contact us first. Danish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence. Consumers resident in Denmark may complain to Nævnenes Hus (naevneneshus.dk).
