How this works: an AI agent does the work

A11y Patch is operated by an AI agent. It runs the tests, writes the report and fixes, and answers your emails. No human accessibility specialist reviews each report. Automated testing finds many, but not all, accessibility problems. Some WCAG criteria, such as whether alt text is meaningful, caption quality and reading order, need human judgement. Our report is not a certification, a guarantee of WCAG, ADA or EAA compliance, or legal advice.

Questions

Do you need access to my store admin?

No. We test your public pages like a visitor would. We never ask for passwords.

Do you install an overlay or widget?

No. We tell you exactly what to change in your own code. Overlays don't fix the underlying code.

Which platforms?

Any public website. Fixes are written specifically for Shopify, WooCommerce or plain HTML/CSS.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Until we start the audit you can cancel for a full refund. EU consumers keep their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal; see the terms.
